Weather Statement

• Small craft advisory statements issued by NOAA and the Cost Guard are usually not going to chage and will generally result in need for rescheduling.
• Wave prediction that exceeds 3.5 ft., a swell period of less than 5.0 seconds and winds predicted over 22knts. will most likely result in need for rescheduling.
• I always check NOAA reports in addition to an average of 3-5 of the most updated and current condition forecast apps.

Conduct Rules

• All clients must listen and adhere to any given instructions or decisions made in regards to safety protocol and the Captain's duty of ensuring the safety and respect of all persons aboard the vesseel.
• Disregard for respect and safety of anyone aboard the vessel can result in the termination of the charter and responsibility of payment in full.
• Failure to follow up with any communication 7 days before the booking date can cause many different scheduling issues and can lead to a non-refundable deposit 
• No-Show the morning of a charter with no forerwarning or notice will result in a non-refundable deposit and charge for the full amount of the charter. 
• Showing up even a few minutes late, could result in that time being reduced from the fishing charter. If the group is more than 30 minutes late for the charter starting time, the trip can be canceled and deposit become non-refundable.
